Gene Boss
Gene has been taking things apart and fixing them since the age of 7, when he first took apart a tv and found a way to put it back together. He grew up on a turkey farm and has been a hard worker his whole life, starting by helping his dad on the farm. He drove his first tractor at 8! Gene is obsessed with Star Trek, and never gets tired of re-watching it. He also enjoys shooting, playing darts, and throwing knives. Gene is very close with his family.
He started his first repair business in Reedley, California called Video Repair Service, and has had multiple businesses since. Forrest TV and Appliance Repair was started by Gene and his wife, Emily; now he runs it with his daughter, Sarah. Forrest has been in business for over 20 years. Gene enjoys making his customers smile and laugh when he is out on jobs.
Sarah Boss
Sarah is part owner in the business with her Dad, Gene, and Sarah really enjoys getting to be business partners with her father. Sarah has been doing this for 8 years now and really enjoys running the family business, even though it is stressful at times. There is a lot of puzzles and brainstorming which Sarah enjoys. Sarah's daughter who is now 14, is her universe, as it has always been the 2 of them against the world and she is so proud of her God loving, strong, daughter. Another huge part of Sarah's life is her friends and family. Sarah, her parents and siblings all live within 4 miles of each other. Sarah considers herself blessed to have such amazing friends to rely on and family she is close with.
She enjoys playing Chess with her daughter and going on adventures. Sarah also enjoys board games, Escape Rooms, roller coasters, Disneyland, skydiving, Mario Brothers, kickboxing, ballet, reading, Sherlock Holmes and Einstein. Sarah is also an actress and her credits can be found on IMDB : Sarah Anastasia Boss - IMDb and is a part of a Murder Mystery Theater group to strengthen her acting chops in between filming. Sarah also loves baby pigs and " The Child " as well as Master Yoda and favorite quotes are: " Do or do not. There is no try" said by Yoda, as well as " To underestimate one's self is as much a departure from truth as to exaggerate one's own powers " said by Sherlock. Sarah is also a God fearing woman of faith who loves Jesus!
Electra Rentz
HI! This is Electra! She our Office Manager and handle's the Service Requests here at Forrest. Electra calls the customers to ensure all information is correct before anything can move forward. There are so many things about this job she enjoys. From the bond and teamwork, we have in the office, to being one of the first points of contact for our warranty customers. In her free time she loves getting together with family and friends for barbecues, game nights, and lots of laughs!
Lindsey Abel
This is Lindsey! She is the receptionist and the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. Lindsey has an extensive customer service background and enjoy speaking with customers and helping them get to where they need to go! She can help answer questions and concerns you may have or guide you to the appropriate department when needed. As the mams to a little boy, She enjoys working for a family friendly company that allows her to continue to find ways to help customers even when she needs to be at home! Outside of work Lindsey enjoys playing Legos with her son, baking, decorating sugar cookies and snuggling her dog!
Ariel Benavente- Virtual Assistant
Ariel is our Virtual Assistant and scheduler. With her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Ariel has become an integral part of the company’s operations. Ariel is alway on top of her game, keeping track of appointments, managing schedules, and providing excellent customer service. Thanks to her hard work her colleagues know they can always count on her to get the job done, no matter what challenges arise. In her spare time she likes to go snowboarding in the winter and hang be at the lake in the summer. Ariel loves her family and spending time making memories with them.
Tom Chambers- Technician
Tom is one of our amazing techs! He has been repairing appliances for 30 years. He is not only great at repairing them, but he is excellent at explaining how everything works. Tom is very outgoing and will definitely keep you entertained while he is there. In his off time he is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping and fishing. He loves being able to spend time with his children and grandson. Tom loves dogs, and recently got a new puppy. He is also very handy, and has been completely renovating his house, from the ground up, he is currently trying to finish the roof before the rains start.
Bryan Patterson- Technician
Bryan is a highly skilled appliance repairman and an Army veteran with over a decade of experience in the field. With his extensive knowledge of various appliances and their component, Bryan is known for his ability to quickly diagnose and repair complex issues. He takes pride in his work and always strives to provide his clients with the best service possible.
Chris Frank - Technician
Meet Chris, a husband, father and Nevada county native. Chris has a known passion for repairing household appliances.. With hard work and dedication, his customers always leave satisfied with their appliances working better than ever before. He takes great pride in knowing that he is providing an essential service to his community and is a valued team member. Chris is always up for a challenge, “ the weirder the better”. He can’t wait to fix your problem!
Brandon Fletcher- Technician
Meet Brandon! Despite being newer to the Appliance Industry, has already made a name for himself among his colleagues and customers. He has an enthusiasm and passion for appliances and is always eager to learn and improve his skills, constantly asking questions and seeking advice from other experienced co-workers. Brandon has quickly become a valuable member of the team and made a difference bringing a fresh perspective. Outside of work Brandon enjoys spending time with friends and family. He’s an avid reader, always looking for new books to add to his collection. He also enjoys hiking and exploring the great outdoors whenever he gets the chance.
