Welcome Fall

We are so excited it is Fall time in Nevada County. It is one of our favorite seasons with the changing of leaves and temperatures. It feels like these last few months have flown by. Here at the office, we had a lot of changes over the summer. In august we introduced a new paperless system to help the office run more efficiently and reduce our paper output. Shout out to Matt at Service Desk for helping us thru the process. We are still getting to know the system but are loving it so far. Another exciting element we added to our office is a warehouse for our parts department. Thanks to all of our wonderful customers we were able to expand and get more space. It took a lot of hard work from Gene putting together shelving and our office employees moving parts and boxes to make it happen. We have the best team! We hope you all had as great a summer as we did at Forrest Appliance and are ready for an even better Fall season!

Working from Home

Good morning! Sarah our Co-Owner at Forrest Appliance works so hard and is constantly helping her employees succeed that in order for her to get all her work done she is able to work from home Thursday's and Friday's. This gives her the time she needs to catch up on projects from the week so that her business can help customers in a timely and efficient manner. It is well deserved. Thank you, Sarah, for all the hard work you do every single day! We appreciate you and hope you are enjoying being able to work from home.

Donation To River Fire Victims

Thanks to all of our customers, we were able to make a donation the the Ambrose Family, who lost their home in the River Fire. We gave 2 dollars from every diagnostic visit we did for the month of August. We are grateful for the opportunity we have to give back to our community. I'm including their gofundme below, for anyone who wants to donate to the family directly. Sean and Karen Ambrose lost their home of 16 years and all of their belongings to the the River Fire on Wednesday, August 4th 2021. They loaded up their three horses and four dogs with the help of their two sons before the fire forced them to leave everything else behind. With only the clothes on their back, Karen needs to replace her scrubs to return to her health care job at Auburn Faith Hospital and Sean is covering many incidental expenses before returning to work at his business, at Ambrose Auto Body in Colfax. https://www.gofundme.com/f/the-river-fire-help-the-ambrose-family?utm_source=customer&utm_medium...
